Might be or maybe?

I feel like writing a new post after a while... a super lonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnngg rest. I don't know where else to find some help, probably here's the easiest shortcut since there's no one I could lend a shoulder. Well, it's summer most of all people are gone leaving for our native land.

My weekends were awesome, I suppose. I got some stuff going on from early in the morning--ate, did my laundry, went to a movie theater, woke up, cooked, went to the Lake Calhoun, took a stroll... Monmon or Mr Gru really knows how to make me smile anyhow. :) (Perhaps, I should be grateful to have a person like him even though he's a coffee addict... 4 large cups of coffee in a day??? What is that supposed to mean? ) Haha... Still, to some extent I feel like it could just be a temporary happiness as I might again be in sadness that has been filling a third of my life.

I know it's my own fault for not studying as hard as I could (desperately need a 4.0 to cover everything), so I couldn't even think of what my future path might be. It might be bright, it might be somewhat clear, or it might be pitch-black. I dunno... I'm too bored to just say it's gonna happen anytime soon. Can I be a full-time housewife??? huhuhuhu... Giving up? I should have not even think of it since it's like a waste of time of traveling so far to get a piece of paper. What would they say? I used to dream of enjoying a lucrative lifestyle too. huhuhu...

Anyways, entering his gym was cool. It's like venturing his personal life that he's been synonym with since high school. I guess I just hurt my back instantly and so badly from trying the back extension. Heh? (It was my first time ever and he was my coach. MY COACH...) Ci-ci-ci... He likes whenever I say it because it always reminds him of the almost-stuck-forever-in-his-head-Malay word. Always, it tickles me a lot when he's being a lil sneaky... :) (Oodles of fun)

Okie... maybe I should stop now before I turn to be draggy... Bye...

:S

Haih... ape nak buat harini?
  • Should I get a new warm wool/cashmere winter coat from the mall? "Membazir sajeee..." But I don't have any.
  • A new pair of smoke optical goggles is in need indeed because I'm almost blind in the water.
  • Improve my swimming skills especially my breathing technique. I hate to put my face in the water and that's why I like to swim with my head facing the ceiling...
  • Get a new hairdo... It's just too long and it grows so fast... (what style eh)? I've cut like very boyish layer, then layered neck length with a side bang, and then china doll-like/ some call it as Cleopatra's (up to eye brow fringe). Rihanna's diagonal style maybe? I should keep it long to match my kind of wide and strong jaw bone, but not that long...
  • I haven't gone to the rec center to run on the treadmill for almost a semester. I should say that I'm so not fit now. Never mind, I'm not planning to participate in any competitions.
  • I should learn how to knit. I want a knitted bag and a pretty brown knitted top.
  • Buy a cute guppy or two at Walmart. If I can't have a fluffy hamster, I should get a calm sparkling colorful fish :D They are not so bad to keep in a bachelorette's home like mine.

smile :)

I always tell myself, to start my day with a smile :) "Senyum itu sedekah"...

You´re better then the best
I´m lucky just to linger in your life
Cooler then the flip side of my pillow that´s right
Completely unaware
Nothing can compare to where you send me
Lets me know that it´s ok yeah it´s ok
And the moments where my good times start to fade

You make me smile like the sun
Fall out of bed sing like a bird
Dizzy in my head spin like a record
Crazy on a Sunday night
You make me dance like a fool
Forget how to breathe
Shine like gold buzz like a bee
Just the thought of you can drive me wild
Ohh you make me smile

Even when you´re gone
Somehow you come along
Just like a flower poking through the sidewalk crack and just like that
You steal away the rain and just like that

You make me smile like the sun
Fall out of bed sing like bird
Dizzy in my head spin like a record
Crazy on a Sunday night
You make me dance like a fool
Forget how to breathe
Shine like gold buzz like a bee
Just the thought of you can drive me wild
Ohh you make me smile

Don´t know how I lived without you
Cuz everytime that I get around you
I see the best of me inside your eyes
You make me smile
You make me dance like a fool
Forget how to breathe
Shine like gold buzz like a bee
Just the thought of you can drive me wild

You make me smile like the sun
Fall out of bed sing like bird
Dizzy in my head spin like a record
Crazy on a Sunday night
You make me dance like a fool
Forget how to breathe
Shine like gold buzz like a bee
Just the thought of you can drive me wild
Ohh you make me smile
Ohh you make me smile
Ohh you make me smile

Perfect tips to damage one's eyesight during winter break

Lying still on my comfy bed, chewing "pulut pagi"-- a Kelantanese dessert which is made of sweet glutinous rice with salty shredded coconuts on top that I'd been longing so much , I tried to gather every significant piece in my mind. How did I spend my last 3-week school break? I know it was kinda short, short enough to make a huge sum of money. I wish it was a solid month (at least 30 days of rest). When I say rest, I mean it should be don't-mess-with-academic-books at all. Traveling with friends is always awesome and fun, yet I had to give it up- yielding in for other more important human need, a sense of secure (my teeth). The temptation to go somewhere sunny, warm, and enjoyable like California and to escape this freaking cold weather should be deleted. Okieee... full stop. If only I have more "fulus"... what a heaven like. Never mind, I got another opportunity to make a simple living--woke up, worked, watched some cool movies, dramas and even things that I've never thought of. It was just for the sake of making me busy and killing some I-don't-know-what-else-to-do time.

Since it was very pleased to tuck in bed, be a couch potato, rather than to go out doing some outdoors in this chilly weather, in summary, I watched about three Korean dramas (Boys Over Flowers, Iris and You're Beautiful), three Thai lakorn aka dramas (starring Tik Jesadaporn as the hero.. hihi), read a novel (Memoirs of a Geisha), watched American movies (He's Just Not Into It, Avatar, Leap Year, Up In the Air, Julie and Julia, and Sherlock Holmes), watched a Malaysian movie entitled Bohsia (trust me, this is just a 100% piece of crap ) and watched a Thai movie (The Whistle). As a result, I remember that I did not sleep for two days just to finish one of the addictive series. Hahaha... I should've applied this rule for studying.

Frankly speaking, I would only watch things based on these reasons; either they have handsome actors and pretty actresses or their unique storylines. Even so, I ended up watching Bohsia which supposedly shows about the lack of moral values among new generations but merely shows the hedonistic lifestyle which brings out the other way around input. ghee... It's like "let's join us, get drunk, sleep around, do drugs, race illegally on the street and bla bla bla"... The message is just not there. What's more sad, the dialogues used are hilarious and weird because the script is not well written. hohoho... Speaking of message, I think most of Korean dramas are cliche (cute super rich guys as heroes). What I like about Korean dramas is the exposition on how they introduce the main characters. It's always a scene-- the first time when the hero meets the heroin. hehe... Usually they are very funny and interesting, not really in a heroic manner, for instance, the heroin, a street hawker, accidentally drops her tangerines on the main road and the hero who does not know anything, crushes the helpless tangerines with his car. Of course this leads to some cute quarrels (as expected).

I like all of the Thai dramas I've watched (Kaew Tah Pee, Prissana and Roy Leh Saneh Rai). Thank god, they all have English subtitles--translated by generous youtube uploaders. Thank you guys. Kaew Tah Pee is very sweet but I hate the fact that the girl, acted by Cherry is soooo naive sometimes and I couldn't stand the Khun Nu's (blind male main character) jealousy and stubbornness. Prissana on the other hand is about a Royal meets a commoner in 1930's. The absurdity for this drama is the nuance of fashion. Back then, no one would wear such short in villages even in America. hahaha... My interest was intrigued by the bad boy look of Tik in of his lakorn. Deductively, I could say that Tik is one of a kind, he's a great actor! Lastly, the Whistle is about a love story of once an ugly girl with a handsome spirit (not really a ghost story like one might guess). This dashing noble spirit possesses a sick (from a strange disease) fat guy that changes to be deadly skinny who is in love with the girl since standard three. I would recommend anyone to watch this movie, seriously. :) The plot is truly original in many senses.

Apart from these movies, I should tell one anecdote which happened during the break. It's stupid yet "ngok ngek" for me to answer a question asked by one of my dentists. "When is the background setting of Memoirs of Geisha? " . My quick random guess from my 10 pages of reading was very erroneous since I answered it as during World War 1. Hahaha :P The correct answer is during WW2 and afterwards. Gheee... I should've replied, I haven't finished yet or I just finished few pages. Now, I've completed reading this boring story, therefore, I would answer better. hehe... Owh, anyhow, my friend asked me to create a blog like in Julie and Julia. That's pretty thoughtful but I guess I don't have much time to try a new recipe everyday even though I enjoy cooking so much. Maybe one day, I will... :)
